Nordic Gravel Series #5 - Falling Leaves Lahti (FI)

Experience the beauty of the turning of the leaves while riding pristine gravel in the Lahti and Salpausselkä UNESCO Geopark region. The area offers scenic gravel roads surrounded by fields and forests, a good amount of forest roads and more challenging trails.

Falling Leaves Lahti has become the traditional closing event of the Finnish (gravel) cycling season. Part of the NGS calendar for the 5th consecutive season in 2024 we welcome you to a set of exciting routes. Distances of 50, 100, 145 and 180km. The 180km is the official Gravel Earth Series (long) distance. In addition you can also opt for a 300km 2 day option with overnight.

Warmup ride on Friday, post-ride buffet, lake sauna and swim and the NGS season closing party are all part of the package.

In addition to our existing one day routes there is a XL 2 days route option for 2024. Two days of fully supported riding, with a comfortable overnight, covering over 300km of pristine gravel roads. You will be joining the other FLL riders on the 145km course into the rolling hills of the Salpausselkä Geopark region. At the Pajulahti finish a post-ride dinner, a lakeside sauna with swim and the FLL party await. By participating in the 300km event you automatically participate in the Gravel Earth Series 145km distance and classification on Saturday.
